Change to Average Revenue in Practitioner Performance Reports


When we changed the Practitioner Performance reports to exclude appointments that were canceled or marked “Did Not Arrive” from the corresponding summary column and chart, we missed a spot. The Average Revenue calculations still included them!

We are happy to report they don’t do that any more. Even better, this change does not require you to re-create your reports. You should be able to see the new, slightly higher averages in all of your existing reports.
