Cases will be automatically assigned to appointments when the "Book another" function is used

There’s a new thing for patient cases! :raised_hands: If an appointment is already part of a case, and you use the “Book another” function to, well, book another—the new appointment will automatically be assigned to the existing case (as long as the maximum number of appointments for that case hasn’t been filled):

This should make it a bit easier to ensure that the correct cases are assigned to any subsequent appointments! :tada:
