Cases - please let us include DNA'd appointments

When someone DNA’s their appointment or is a late cancellation we would like to be able to include this appointment as an allocated appointment in the Case as we still invoice the patient and they lose their session.

Currently you can allocate the appointment to the Case but it is not included in the number of appointments taken.

We invoice either the client or the insurance company for missed appointments (depending on their policy terms),

@cliniko, you may need to have a tick box ‘include this appointment in the case numbers total’…
