Cancelled and "did not arrive" appointments can now be included in patient cases

You can now optionally include both cancelled and “did not arrive” (DNA) appointments in your patient cases. When creating a new case, or editing an existing one, you’ll have the choice to include these options by simply toggling the buttons to On or Off:

If turned on, any cancelled or DNA appointments for the patient will show up in the main list of all appointments:

This is entirely optional, so you can choose what works best for you! Also, this setting is unique to each case, so it won’t be an “all or nothing” situation across the board. You can change it on a per-patient, per-case basis!
