Cancellation Email - auto generate to patient when they/we cancel an appoitment

We’d love this… Is it useful for others?
Patients often ask if they’ve successfully managed to self-cancel their session. They’re unaware as there is no email generated to confirm.


Hi @georgiemai! Another great suggestion! We hear this asked in the support chat as well, and will probably do this in the future. Our hands are very full with some high-priority tasks at the moment, but I agree this would be a worthwhile change!

Yes!! Us too - this would help clarify for any ppl that THINK they cancelled but didn’t and then it hogged a spot for us and they no-showed
