Bug fix: when sending a form, you'll now see the correct patient/client terminology

In some “form-related” areas (such as when you send the form to a patient from their details page), the correct terminology wasn’t always being used. If you had selected “client” as the terminology for your account, it still said “patient” when you were sending the form.

This is now fixed, and if you use “client”, it should be reflected in all relevant places!
