Bug fix: some deleted billable items were displaying as "not found" on invoices and account statements

If you had imported a list of billable items and some of them were added to invoices, and then the import was deleted, there was an annoying little bug where the item would simply display as “Not found” on invoices and account statements. That’s not super helpful!

We’ve fixed this up so that even if you delete a billable items import after adding those items to invoices, the item will remain properly named on the relevant documents!
