Automatic Patient Forms Completed to be cc'd to an email address please

We are looking to move to automatic form templates, however, we will not get notifications as and when patients complete their forms and so it will create additional work to keep checking patient records to see if they have completed their forms. It would be useful for them to also be sent via email as a prompt for us to update details.

Or even better, have the details automatically populated from the form (we currently use Finger-Ink to get round this).

That would be good, but not sure how straightforward it would be for us as we have extra information on our forms that doesn’t fit into the Cliniko patient details.

Clinko sends messages to the Dashboard when a client txts so why can’t it just send a short message saying xxx has completed xxx form. Will look into sending automated reminders for those forms still outstanding.
