Appointments that are linked to patient cases will now show the remaining invoiceable amount on the appointment itself

With patient cases, you have the option to set an invoiceable amount. For example, a certain case could allow for up to $500 to be charged, and that $500 could include 5 or 10 appointments (or a different number), whatever totals that amount!

We’ve made things a little easier by showing the remaining amount on any appointment that’s linked to a case with an invoiceable amount. When creating the appointment and selecting a case, you’ll see the amount remaining:

And when viewing the appointment itself, you will also see how much is left:

This should help to make things a little more clear so that you don’t need to go into the case itself to see how many remaining funds can be used!
