Hi. My hairdresser uses an appointment system, where the patient replies yes to attend and no to cancel. He says due to this he hardly get any clients missing appointments. Sadly this is common in the medical world. Is it possible for you to incorporate this into cliniko? With his appointment system - once a client has replied, the appointment block changes to a darker shade and turns red if the person cancels. Sounds good to me. I find the patients get my reminders and don’t open them - and tend to be convinced of the wrong time, so miss for this reason. Or just forget. The fact they are asked to reply seems to help. Is it possible?
