Appointment log based on Practitioner or Receptionist activity

We recently had a situation where both a receptionist and a practitioner moved a patient’s booking, but subsequently forgot which patient it was and when the appointment was moved.

I’m aware that there is an appointment log that can be reviewed per-patient, but from an auditing and review perspective it would be excellent to have a log that can track appointments and activities from a practitioner or receptionists perspective. This would also be useful as a way to verify that staff are doing the right thing when making MACD’s to appointments, and also to verify data entry.

Please consider. The data is already there, this is just another view to it to set up. Hopefully it’s not a hard change to make.
