Appointment change logs are now more clear when it comes to changes made via the API/connected apps

When viewing the log of changes for an appointment, it will now be clear whether a change was made via a “connected app” (one of the many different programs that can be linked to Cliniko via an API key).

Previously, the change log didn’t make it terribly clear if a change had been made via the API (which would mean the change had been made outside of Cliniko, in a connected app linked via the API). The log will now indicate which API key the change was made through (as in, which practitioner the API key is tied to), which should make things easier to understand!
