Address issues with online bookings

We are having an issue with the patient’s addresses after they have been entered from online bookings.

We ‘tidy up’ patient’s addresses so the town/city and county are in the correct fileds on their patient profile for data collection but are finding that if they then rebook online and enter their addresses it overwrites what was there before and so messes up our database.

We would like to continue to ask patients to enter their address when booking online, but can we turn off this overwriting of what is there before when the address is the same?
