Adding files to Communication entries

When logging communication entries, it would be great if we could directly save a copy of an email send into the entry. Rather than making a record in Communications, and then having to save a copy of the email in Files. It makes it time consuming, and hard to reference, when trying to look back to see email trails or correspondence.
It also then makes looking for files more difficult as it fills up with saved email files rather than more direct file information (i.e. reports, plans etc).
