Ability to hide Notes from Scheduler or Receptionist

Could there be a setting enabled under “Patient/Client Privacy settings” which hides the Notes section attached to a patient from being visible to non-practitioners?

I find the Notes section incredibly handy for logging details which I want to see quickly about a patient when I have them in for review. However, these notes can contain sensitive information which I don’t want scheduling staff from accessing. As such, it severely limits the information which I can place there and makes the notes feature pretty useless with regards to anything other than basic (non-sensitive) information.
