We’ve made a couple of small modifications to the wait list entries data export!
The very first column, originally just titled “ID”, is now titled “Wait List Entry ID”:
You probably won’t need to worry about this number in most cases, but in the event you need help from our support team about something wait list-related, this entry ID may come in handy!
The other new thing that was introduced is an “Active” column:
This will indicate whether or not the particular wait list entry is still “active” (as in, the patient is still waiting to be placed into an appointment) or not (because they were either removed from the wait list manually or via being booked into a time, or it expired).
