A change to how appointments can be added to cases

Previously, when adding an appointment to a case from the patient details page, you would select from a drop-down list:

We’ve changed things up so that now you see an entire list of appointments, and tick the relevant boxes to add (or remove) each one:

While cancelled appointments and those labelled “Did Not Arrive” can be associated with the case, they won’t count towards the maximum number of appointments. This ensures that the case has the correct number of spots available for attended appointments!
