2-Day Reminder Status- instantly reflects on client's appointment- incase confirmation emails are not received on time (laggy internet)

A feature Cliniko may consider adding that would be very handy.

2-Day Reminder Status:
Once client has responded ‘yes’, ‘no’ or ‘reschedule’ to the 2-day reminder texts- their response will automatically reflect on their actual appointment in the calendar.

This ensures the practitioner gets instant/guaranteed notification and can instantly act accordingly—especially when the 2-day reminder confirmation emails from Cliniko can take a while to reach the clinic’s inbox (laggy internet), or accidently get misplaced or lost.

Keeping in mind, that receiving the 2-day reminder confirmation emails remains unchanged, as the person responsible for sorting out emails are also notified.
